Understanding Before Code
The most expensive mistake in software is building the right solution to the wrong problem. We spend significant time making sure we understand the problem first.
Every SaintsLink project begins with research — not a sales call and a proposal, but genuine investigation into how a business operates, where friction exists, and what outcomes matter.
